US MI: Official Says Moratoriums Involving Michigan Medical Marijuana Dispensar
The Bay City Times, 09 Feb 2011 - Bay City and Auburn last night joined a growing number of municipalities in Michigan to pass moratoriums involving medical marijuana dispensaries, says one official. According to Matt Bach, Michigan Municipal League director of communications, moratoriums - or temporary prohibitions of an activity - have become quite common involving the state's legalization of medical marijuana.
