Alleged WikiLeaks source Bradley Manning is being relocated to Fort Leavenworth in Kansas in the face of international (and domestic) criticism over the way he's been treated while being held at the Marine Corps brig in Quantico, Virginia. Of course, a change in scenery in itself doesn't mean Manning will be handled any differently — you can be stripped naked in Kansas as easily as in Virginia. [AP]
