Ex-Ivory Coast President Appears Before International Criminal Court
Ivory Coast's former president, Laurent Gbagbo, has appeared in the International Criminal Court to face war crimes charges. He rejected presidential elections and is accused of inciting violence to kill supporters of his opponent, Alassane Ouattara.
