The Rock and John Cena tag team at Survivor Series will turn out to be a major disaster that is doomed to end in anger toward one another.
The two have had a feud before and I would not consider them the best of friends. There is a good chance this partnership implodes and John Cena finds a new partner to go after The Rock.
Breaking up their allegiance in the middle of a fight would be the best way to go, and I would not be surprised if Cena destroys this tag team to get after The Rock.
Cena is the star now and he will want to make his status and power clear to The Rock. Betraying The Rock and then beating him with his new partner would make Cena look unstoppable.
Given the differences between these two wrestlers, I would be shocked if they kept their partnership for the duration of Survivor Series.
There's always a chance the two decide to keep their partnership and dominate in their fights and prove they can be an excellent team.
A convincing win for Cena and The Rock at this event could elevate them into the best tag teams in WWE history.
However, there is just too much pride in each of these wrestlers. Each of them wants the glory, and the spotlight.
The Rock will want to prove he is still a champion, and Cena will be looking to send a message to the former star that he is the man in charge now.
There is no way this tag team will be a success, and it could be a thrilling breakup to watch unfold.
