Kyra Sedgwick participated in Henry Louis Gates's ancestry research program and discovered that she's related to Richard Nixon, Marilyn Monroe, and Jimmy Carter. And last night she disclosed on Letterman that she's ten degrees of separation away from someone she may rather not be genetically close to: her husband, actor Kevin Bacon. Of course, as the person married to the star of the game "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon," she might have anticipated that fact. But Richard Nixon! Who knew we could now play with him, too?
