Tito Ortiz Healthy After Crashing Rolls Royce Outside of Denny's

On Sunday, Tito Ortiz was involved in a three-car accident in Costa Mesa, Calif. Thankfully, nobody involved in the crash, including the UFC 133 headliner, was injured.

TMZ reported on the accident, which happened in the afternoon outside of a Denny's restaurant. Ortiz's son, Jacob, was the only passenger in the former UFC light heavyweight champion's vehicle.

While all individuals did come away from the collision unscathed, Ortiz's car—a Rolls Royce Phantom—was not so lucky. The vehicle, which has a base retail price in the area of $400,000, sustained significant front-end damage.

Although Ortiz told Sherdog the accident was his fault, he won't be forced to spend his recent Submission of the Night earnings from a win over Ryan Bader on repairs. His insurance will be covering the cost of the damage.

Ortiz, who recently saved his own career with an upset win over Bader at UFC 132, will now be making a quick turnaround for a fight with Rashad Evans at UFC 133. The win over Bader was Ortiz's first in more than four years and UFC President Dana White said "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" would be fighting for the last time if he had lost at UFC 132.

Ortiz and Evans will be competing in the main event for UFC 133, which will be held Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA on Aug. 6, 2011.
